The Contracting Authority, by its unilateral decision, after written notification to the competent department, may activate an option for one (1) year.
The duration of the contract is set at 12 months and there is the possibility of activating the option with the temporal or quantitative exhaustion of the contract, whichever of the two limits - quantity or time - occurs first for one (1) additional year.
