- The object of the contract is the development of a support mechanism for small and medium-sized businesses based in the Municipality of Fylis, so that they can be provided free of charge by the Municipality with a set of digital and supporting services (consulting, technical assistance, training/information, digital tools visibility and interoperability with the Municipality) in order to strengthen their resilience, sustainability and competitiveness. A detailed description of the physical and financial object of the contract is given in APPENDIX I as an integral part of the detailed declaration.
