Description:
The object of the contract is the maintenance services of the facilities of the Student Residence of the University of Athens (FEPA) (2-4 Olof Palme, 115 28 Athens) by a technical workshop.
The services provided are classified under the following codes of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 50000000-5.
THE a prospective contractor, under penalty of disqualification, should have formed a complete picture of the buildings and electromechanical installations of FEPA, the level of maintenance and the requirements that will likely arise. This is evidenced by a Certificate of the contracting authority (I.NE.DI.BI.M-Procurement Department), which will be issued after the prospective contractor's autopsy and will certify that the prospective contractor has been informed of the local conditions of the Student Residence. The visit of the premises will take place after notification and the granting of a relevant permit by the Contracting Authority. Prospective contractors should to have visited the places for which they will submit a bid, no later than eight (8) days before the deadline for submitting bids. This certificate will be filed in the file of supporting documents for participation in the offer of the candidate contractors.
Offers are being submitted for total of the present services.
The total estimated value of the contract amounts to €304,590.00 excluding VAT of 24% (estimated value including VAT: €377,691.60).
The duration of the contract is defined from the day after the date of signature, for one (1) year...
