Description:
The object of the Contract is the maintenance and repair of jets of the Municipality of Athens. The Contractor will carry out the necessary operations and work for the operation, maintenance and repairs of the fountains, in the most economical and technically sound way possible, with a minimumof nuisances from smells, noises, obstruction of traffic, etc. and in compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations. The guarding and security of the premises, during the execution of the maintenance work, is the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to perform anye change in the function of the fountains without additional fee. The operation and maintenance (preventive and emergency) of the main and auxiliary equipment, the one used during the operation of the facility as well as the spare one will be carried out in accordance with the instructions of its manufacturers and withoriginal parts.
