Description:
The object of the contract is the maintenance and technical support of the electromechanical facilities of the University of Thessaly in the cities of Larissa and Volos (including small-scale repairs), with the aim of safe and orderly their operation and by extension the smooth conduct of all educational, training and research activities of the Foundation. Specifically, the maintenance or repair of: elevators and lifting machines, systems is foreseen air conditioning, plumbing installations, substations, generator pairs, fire detection and fire protection systems, electrical installations and other electromechanical equipment. The auctioned item is subdivided into two (2) sections and in particular in the following: Section 1) "Maintenance and Repairs of the Electromechanical Installations in all the Building Installations of the University of Thessaly in Larissa, six months duration, period 2026". The estimated value of the 1st Section amounts to an amount of €525,600.00 (not including VAT 24%) and if the Contracting Authority activates the right of option for the supply of spare parts/materials and additional services in the amount of €131,400.00 (corresponding to a percentage of 25.00% thereof), the its estimated value can be set at €657,000.00 (not including VAT).
