Maintenance and Repairs of Electromechanical Facilities in all the Building Facilities of the University of Thessaly in Lamia, Karditsa and Trikala, for a six-month period, period 2026 The object of the contract is the maintenance and technical support of the electromechanical facilities of the University of Thessaly in the cities of Lamia, Karditsa and Trikala (including small-scale repairs), with the aim of their safe and orderly operation and by extension the smooth conduct of all educational and research activities of the Foundation. In particular, the maintenance or repair of: elevators and lifting machines, air conditioning systems, hydraulic installations, substations, generator pairs, systems fire detection and fire protection, electrical installations and other electromechanical equipment. The auctioned item is divided into three (3) sections and in particular the following: Section 1) "Maintenance and Repairs of Electromechanical Facilities in all the Building Facilities of the University of Thessaly in Lamia, six months duration, period 2026". The estimated value of the 1st Department amounts to the amount of €143,846.15 (not including VAT 24%) and if activated by the Contracting Authority the right of option for the supply of spare parts/materials and additional services in the amount of €43,153.85 (corresponding to a percentage of 30.00% on this...
