- The object of the contract is the maintenance, restoration of all damage to the E/M installations, the gradual replacement of all the tunnel's lamps with LEDs, the complete painting of the tunnel, as well as the availability of specialized personnel on a 24-hour basis, for the smooth operation of the Timphristos tunnel. Maintenance and operation of Tymfristos tunnel for the years 2026-2028 The object of the contract is the maintenance, restoration of all faults of the E/M facilities, the gradual replacement of all the lamps tunnel with LEDs, the complete painting of the tunnel, as well as the availability of specialized personnel on a 24-hour basis, for the smooth operation of the Timphristos tunnel. Monitoring, operation control and maintenance of all tunnel systems (lighting, ventilation, fire safety, fire detection, signage, substations, weak currents, H/Z etc.) which are in continuous operation through an electronic control system but also with on-site checks. The operation of these will be monitored daily, Weekends and holidays with the 24-hour presence of technical staff at the tunnel's Control Center.
