Description:
The object of the general service is the preventive (periodic or regular) and repair (due to wear and tear) maintenance of the air conditioning units of the buildings and schools of the Municipality of Athens, as well as the replacement of autonomous split-type air conditioners that are economically unprofitable or technicallytheir repair is impossible or they are energy-consuming (low energy efficiency) due to age, in buildings and schools of the Municipality of Athens. In particular, the subject of this contract is: a) the preventive and repair maintenance of the air conditioning units of each type of the buildings and I studyn of the Municipality of Athens and
b) the replacement of the autonomous air-conditioning units of the split type (split systems) where it is economically unprofitable or technically impossible to repair them or they are energy-consuming (low energy efficiency) due to age with new ones, in buildings and schools of the Municipality of Athensfollowing technical documentation for replacement by the maintenance contractor and approval by
