Description:
It concerns the preparation of the Local Town Planning Plan (TPS) based on the new spatial planning law 4447/2016 "Spatial Planning - Sustainable development and other provisions", within the boundaries of the Kallikratiko Municipality of Paranesti as defined by Law 3852/2010 "Kallicratis Program" and the necessary subsheathland studies, as mentioned in support below:
1) Compilation of spatial planning study T.P.S. based on the technical specifications, as defined by the ministerial decision 27016/6-6-2017 (Government Gazette 3572΄Β/04-08-2021)industrial areas based on the technical specifications as defined by the ministerial decision OIK.37691/2007 ((Government Gazette 1902΄Β/14-9-2007).
3) Compilation of a strategic environmental impact study for the environmental assessment of the proposed project based on the technical specifications , as defined byministerial decision 107017/2006.
