- The object of this single mixed procurement contract is the improvement of the Environment through the reduction of pollutant emissions (improvement of the environmental footprint), the improvement of energy efficiency in municipal street lighting installations and external common areas of the Municipality, in full harmonization and compliance with the National Climate Law 4936/2022 (Government Gazette A΄105/27.05.2022), the Joint Ministerial Decision No. YPEN/DEPEA/68315/502/2022 (Government Gazette 3424/B/2-7-2022) as well as the upgrade of the lighting on poorly lit streets of the Municipality, as can be seen from the no. 46/2025 economic and technical procurement study entitled: "Upgrading the lighting system with the supply & installation of LED-type lighting fixtures & supply of energy-saving LED-type lamps of energy in municipal lighting" (the materials offered are required to be of high quality, fully harmonized with international regulations and requirements for the ecological development of cities). The following lamps and LED lamps are green technology, provide a qualitatively and quantitatively upgraded lighting effect, to serve the needs of the orderly operation of lighting in the Municipality of Marathon. More specifically, the supply and the installation in full operation are foreseen here of all LED lighting fixtures after the required brackets and the supply of LED lamps (E27) according to item no. 46/2025 Study of the Municipality of Marathon.
