- The object of the contract is the provision of services for the RENEWAL COVERING OF THE MOST USED BEACHES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARGOSTOLI FOR THE YEAR 2023 after the issuance of PD 71/2020 (Government Gazette 166 A΄/31-08-20). The purpose of the work is the effective offering of services to permanent and seasonal residentscus of the Municipality as well as the visitors and the coverage of the needs arising from the current legal framework. In detail, the obligations for the execution of the said service for a period of time from 01/06/2023 to 30/09/2023, concern the beaches that have been characterized as crowded bathingfindings in accordance with what is mentioned in sub-para. 01/2023 study of the service. In addition to the above-mentioned departments which will be awarded through the announced competitive process, there are also departments which will be awarded with recourse to the derogation of par. 10 of article 6 of Law 4412/2016.
