Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of services for the lifeguard coverage of busy beaches of the Municipality of Rethymno for the year 2024 and concerns the period from 01/06/2024 to 30/09/2024 in accordance with the decision of the committee of article 11 of PD 71/ 2020.
The above-mentioned lifeguard kalypsi will be performed daily, as well as Sundays and Holidays, for all the hours during which each beach is open to the public.
According to the minutes from the Port Authorities in 2024 and more specifically:
a) from No. Pr. 2131.16/1847/2023 - 17/08/2023 Minutes of the Center Committeeof the Port Authority of Rethymno, the beaches that have been characterized as crowded bathing facilities and must be monitored by lifeguards are:
1. Episkopi Beach (length 1000 m.): Three (3) lifeguards, approximately 100 m. east of the health store with the nextname "MARGARITARI" up to 140 m. from the western limit of the store of health interest with the name "SCIROCCO" from the point (f:35o21'04.04'N and 24o 20'46.02'E) to the point (f: 35o21'04.54'N and 24o 20'06.30'A).
2. Koumbe Beach (length 300 m.): One (1) lifeguard, atarea of Koumbes Municipality of Rethymno from the stigma (f:35o21'51.31' N and 24o 27'22.85'E) to the stigma (f:35o21'53.07' N and 24o 27'34.63'E).
3. Rethymno Beach (length 3000 m): Eight (8) lifeguards East of Rethymno Marina up to 90 meters from the western boundary of the branded hotel...
