- The contract is signed with the EXOs as part of the Accession process with the aim of specifying the conditions under which the provision of co-financed investment loans and working capital from Financial Institutions will be implemented with the possibility of partial subsidization of the projectloan facility.
The Portfolio Fund "Business Growth Fund" has been created with funds from the Public Investment Program and with loan funds from the European Investment Bank to the Greek State. The establishment of the Portfolio Fund was implemented pursuant to the no. 21615/2023 (Official Gazette B' 1574/2023) of the Joint Ministerial Decision of the Minister of Finance, Deputy Minister of Development and Investments and Deputy Minister.
With the co-financing of the loans from the resources of the Portfolio Fund and private resources of EXOs at a rate of 40%-60% respectively (leverage factor 2 ,5), resultsignificant leverage of public funds and an overall increase in liquidity in the market is lost, covering the financing gap in the best possible way.
This call for expressions of interest to Financial Organizations (FOs) to join a partnership, concerns the followingimerous Funds: I) Green Co-financing Loans II) Digitalization Co-Financing Loans and III) Liquidity Co-Financing Loans as follows:
