Description:
The subject of the contract is to provide services for the activation - updating - maintenance - support of SAP software products of the Integrated Information System of the State General Accounting Office, namely:
A. The activation - updating of products SAP software held by the Ministry, as listed in ANNEX A LICENSES OF USE PRODUCTS TO MAINTENANCE, with the possibility of upgrading to the last commercially available level until the date of signing the contract.
B. Maintenance of the above SAR Software Licenses and providing Their technical support services from the date of signature of the contract. Specifically, after activating - updating the licenses of use begins the maintenance period during which the economic body will provide technical support services for the purpose of maintaining licenses in the Last level available, ensuring the good operation of the products, immediate response to problems announcements and the immediate repair of products/ problems of the products always observing the problems of solving and availability as described in the contract.
C. The ability to consider up to ninety (90) man -made services to expert services of the economic operator and/or manufacturer of the SAR software. The contracting authority reserves the right to use only those ongoing, in accordance with its real needs, both by the ...
