INTERNATIONAL OPEN PROCEDURE ELECTRONIC COMPETITION THROUGH ESIDIS PROCUREMENT FOR STRENGTHENING THE DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE NATIONAL AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICES TO CITIZENS (ANNOUNCEMENT NUMBER 720/2026) The object of the contract is the procurement for strengthening the digital infrastructure of AUTH for the provision of quality services to citizens and more specifically: • the supply of innovative services to assist the accessibility of AUTH spaces • the upgrade of its digital infrastructure with the aim of providing quality services while simultaneously improving the level cyber security • the completion of the functionality of existing information systems of its administrative functions to strengthen electronic governance with the simultaneous further adaptation of digital services to the requirements of the General General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (and in light of the AI Act Regulation), aiming to provide innovative and quality services for the benefit of citizens and businesses, strengthening the digital readiness of AUTH.
