- This Technical Report was prepared in the context of the recording of the requirements in order to define the basic specifications for Sub-project 2: "Intelligent Controlled Systemsmobility and safe controlled access to protect public health and the population from the spread of pandemics, in the Municipality of Ilio" and concerns the supply of information systems and equipment for the controlled and safe access of citizens and executives to the Municipality of Ilio.By using them, the municipality is relieved of congestion due to the extraordinary circumstances of Covid-19, while at the same time the supervision of overcrowding and the control of citizens visiting structures such as sports facilities, cultural centers, event spaces and social education spaces are automated.with the aim of returning to normality
