• the supply of the following smart city applications and systems: ● Smart pedestrian crossings and friendly for people with disabilities ● Intelligent energy management systems for municipal and school buildings ● Management system of municipal cemeteries and digitization folders ●Nursery management and parent information platform with smart application ● Management of indoor and outdoor sports, culture and entertainment areas ● Electronic payment management system ●Comprehensive cyber attack protection infrastructure (NetworkFirewall, Endpointsecurity, WAFetc.) ●Central single platform for management and data collection of digital transformation actions In order to sign the contract, the provision of a guarantee of good performance is required, in accordance with article 72 par. 4 of the law. 4412/2016, the amount of which amounts to 4% of the estimated value of the contract and is deposited until the signing of the agreement. In addition, it is required to present a "guarantee of good operation" for the repair of defects which arise or damages caused by malfunctioning of the goods during the warranty period. The amount of the "good operation guarantee" is set at 2% of the contract value and is increased by 1% for each additional year of guarantee that offered by the prospective contractor beyond the first two (2).
