Description:
The subject of the Convention is to develop and locate in the OTA Supervisory Information System Information System. The aim of the information system is to effectively, rapidly and objectively exercising state supervision on the acts or omissions of the Local Authorities and to exchange the Required information of the stakeholders involved.
The services provided are classified as the following codes of the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 72000000-5 Intelligence Technology Services: Advice, Software Development, Internet and Support, 72262000-9 Services Software Development, 80533100-0 IT training services.
The subject of this contract is not subdivided into sections, due to its architectural work and complementarity and interdependencies, namely the high interoperability requirements necessary Ensure on the one hand between the operating units (subsystems) that will be developed under this project and on the other with third parties of other bodies. Offers are accepted for all the services described.
The estimated value of this contract is up to amount of 1,611.380.00 € including VAT (VAT without VAT: 1,299,500,00 € VAT: 311.880.00 €).
