- The object of the contract is the service entitled "Improvement of green common areas", with a total area of ββ134 acres.
New plantings of plants and lawns, installation of automatic irrigation networks, as well as maintenance works of the new plant material and the existing ones in theintervention areas, so that they can be upgraded environmentally and aesthetically.
A detailed description of the physical and economic object of the contract is given in the study documents (APPENDIX 1) which are an integral part of this announcement.
The contract will be awarded on the basis of the mostn economically advantageous offer based solely on price and specifically the lowest total net value that will be obtained based on the largest single percentage discount (%) to the indicative price of the study budget for all budget articlesΞΏΟ ΟΞ·Ο.
