- Improving the Energy Efficiency of Existing Irrigation Infrastructure with the Development of an Integrated Remote-Management-Telemetric System and a Prepaid Irrigation System, in the Municipality of West Lesvo
The procurement concerns the information gathering, supervisory control, automation, management and intervention system in the operation of the network which consists of the following parts:
- Local Control Stations (TCS).
- Irrigation systems with a prepaid card in the irrigation network infrastructure of D- One (1) Central Control Station (CSC)
The CSC will include the installation of a SCADA Central Control System that aims to gather all data from the local facilities and their overall processing for the purpose of energy management of the system, immediate and sfaerial presentation of water balances, data analysis for stock management, strategy formulation, demand forecasting, decision support and water resources operating rules. Communications network for the telecommunication of Local Control Stations and A Systemsirrigation with the KSE consisting of the necessary communication hardware and software.
