- The object of the contract is the restoration of the gravel-paved, asphalt-paved and cement-paved roads of the Municipality of Patrae and their maintenance in general to avoid accidents by renting machinery. These services will be performed by renting the necessary mechanical equipment (machinen-cars), i.e. by renting the earthmoving machines and vehicles appropriate for each case, in accordance with the provisions of par. 1.3 of no. 1/2023 of announcement - study and in Appendices I - IV. The estimated value of the contract amounts to: a) the net amount of 330,000.00 euros with Rightwith an option of 30%, i.e. 99,000.00 euros and a total VAT of 24% amounting to 102,960.00 euros - Own Resources - (total expenditure with option and VAT amounting to 531,960.00 euros) and will be borne by K.A. 30-6233.00015 Multi-year commitment and b) in the net amount of 32,344.00 euros and VAT 24% amount 7,762.56euro - SATA CIVIL PROTECTION - and will be borne by K.A.30-6233.00022 Multi-year commitment.
