Description:
The subject of this competition are services to be provided by an IRU (Indefeasible Right of USE) contract that include: a) the implementation of fiber links as specified in Annex I Analytical Description of Physical and Economic Object / 3.1 Object of contracts/ Table 2: Fiber Optical Links Table (during the first 7 months of the project), b) the granting of the right to use the above fiber optic links for fifteen (15) years, and (c) the maintenance services of the above fiber links for fifteen (15) years.
