The project aims to integrate a digital skills upgrading program during military service. The aim is to make better use of the service of conscripts, to support conscripts in the development of digital skills required for the effective useof the technology embedded in the armed forces and to strengthen their digital skills for their entry into the labor market after the end of their military service. In particular, the scope of the Framework Agreement Project consists in the provision of the following services, e.gfor recruits: Consulting Services, Training Services, Certification Services
