1.3.1. Object of the contract
The main Sub-Project of the Act entitled: "Integrated System of Protection and Highlighting of Content", includes actions which are part of a single Integrated Information System with two distinct but interrelated Subsystems (SS):
•SS1: Coordination and Managementof Crisis Management for Civil Protection and
•SS2: Elevating the Value and Development of Philanthropic Consciousness
The 1st Subsystem (SS1) is mainly based on IT, Communications and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) technologies. It will utilize spatial and non-spatial data to be registeredin it, combined with intelligent techniques and algorithms, it will process them and provide its users with a series of information useful for the cooperative response to emergency incidents, the better coordination of the agencies involved both before and after the eventof the natural disaster as well as the continuous and timely information of the citizens.
