Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation and support of a citizen information system in the NSRF for FP 2021-2027. The system will provide visitors data and files in both website form and in the form of open data, it will have interoperability with its related systems Public Administration and the EU will have GIS features and the visual and functional approach will be in agreement with the Communication Guide and the NSRF Web Design Guide. Particularly important is the support of accessibility for vulnerable groups. More specifically, the work will include:
• Needs and Apply Study to analyze the requirements of the new system
• the development of the new system and its position in operation
• the activation of software use licenses that may be needed
• Support Services for at least 5 Humanomins in Duration 12 months
• YD executives training to familiarize them in the use of the new system
• Warranty of the new system for 24 months
