- The object of the contract is the housing of students in double rooms in the city of Patras and also in the city of Heraklion. The contract is divided into 2 parts, as follows: I. The accommodation of the beneficiaries of University of Patras student housing in the city of Patras (NUTS EL 632)
II. The residence of the rightstudent accommodation of the University of Crete in the city of Heraklion (NUTS EL 431).
The services provided are classified under the code of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 55100000-1.
The total estimated value of the contract amounts to โฌ1,621,898.28 inclusivemeaning up to 24% VAT and Residence Tax in accordance with article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (Government Gazette Aฮ/94/27.5.2016) as amended and in force by Law 4514/2018 (Government Gazette Aฮ) /14/30.1.2018 and F.E.K. Aฮ/16/31.1.2018).
