The object of the contract is the hosting services for the organization of the 28th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival, which will last 11 consecutive days, from Thursday to Sunday, from March 05 to 15, 2026. In particular, the object of the tender concerns hotel services. HOSPITALITY SERVICES FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE 28TH THESSALONIKI DOCUMENTARY FESTIVAL, 05.03.2026 - 15.03.2026 The Thessaloniki Film Festival intends to commission the following services: A. 180 overnight stays of people in double rooms for single use with breakfast (180 nights X 1 person), in hotels of at least four stars, which are documented to have rooms specially designed for the disabled, with appropriate toilets inside the rooms. The duration guests' stay will vary from 3 to 11 days. B. 11 nights in double rooms for double use with breakfast (11 nights X 2 persons), in hotels of at least four stars, which are documented to have rooms specially configured for Disabled, with suitable toilets inside the rooms. The length of stay of the guests will vary from 3 to 10 days. C. 1 night in a triple room for triple use with breakfast (1 night X 3 people), in hotels of at least four stars, which are documented to have rooms specially configured for the disabled, with appropriate toilets within the rooms.
