- The object of the contract is the hospitality services for the organization of the 22nd Thessaloniki International Book Fair, 07 - 10 May 2026. HOSPITALITY SERVICES FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE 22ND THESSALONIKI INTERNATIONAL BOOK FAIR, 07-10.05.2026 The Greek Book and Culture Foundation organizes the 22nd International Book Fair from 07 to 10 May 2026. The Hellenic Book and Culture Foundation intends to commission the following services: A. 120 nights of people in single or double rooms for single occupancy with breakfast (number of nights X 1 person), in the period from 04.05.2026 to 11.05.2026, in hotels of at least 4 stars, in a radius of no more than 2,500 meters, measured in a straight line on the map, from the junction of Tsimiski and Angelaki (main entrance of TEF HELEXPO facilities). The length of stay of the guests will vary from 1 to 7 days. B. 125 nights of people in single or double rooms for single use with breakfast (number of nights X 1 person), in the space from 06.05.2026 to 11.05.2026, in hotels of at least 3 stars, within a radius of no more than 2,500 meters, measured in a straight line on the map, from the junction of Tsimiski and Angelaki streets (main entrance of the TIF HELEXPO facilities).
