- The project includes the organization and operation of a Helpdesk, which will be available to all projects involved and mainly to the end users (schools, teachers), with the aim of timely and substantial support for the exploitation of the interactive system. (hardware and software) and robotics and STEM equipment during the educational process, both telephone and electronically (web and email).
