Description:
This Call for Expressions of Interest is addressed to Financial Institutions, (hereinafter referred to as "Financial Institution" or "FI") operating in Greece, for joining a partnership with the aim of providing guaranteed loans through the Guarantee Fund under the namea "TEPIX III GUARANTEE FUND" (hereinafter "Guarantee Fund" or "Fund") of the Hellenic Development Bank S.A. (hereinafter "EATA"). The purpose of the Guarantee Fund is to support Greek small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter "SMEs") through the provision of loans (special purpose working capital,special purpose revolving credit and investment loans) with favorable terms. The Guarantee Fund is a financial engineering instrument, which is a financial tool of the Portfolio Fund under the name "ENTREPRENEURSHIP FUND III" and operatesas an independent financial unit, within the ETA, which also performs the duties of manager of the Portfolio Fund. The funds of the Fund are co-financed and come from the European Union, specifically from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and National resources.
