Description:
The object of the contract is the supply of four (4) graded compression waste storage systems.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to €298,426.67 including VAT 24% (budget without VAT: €240,666.67, VAT: €57,760.00 ).
They do not exist:
- rightsoption
- right of extension with an increase in physical - financial object.
The duration of the contract is set at six (6) months.
The contractor is obliged to deliver, install and put into operation all materials within six (6) months from the signing of the Contract.
The contractor is responsible for tthe good operation of the object of the supply for a period of at least twelve (12) months.
A detailed description of the physical and financial object of the contract is given in APPENDIX I No. 6Π/2023 Study.
The contract will be awarded on the basis of the criterion of the most advantageous of economictender view, based on price.
