Description:
This study concerns the supply of fuel (heating oil, diesel, unleaded gasoline) for the needs of the Municipality of NEA Propontida for two years and will be funded by its own resources.
The heating and motion fuel supplies must have the specifications that set The Supreme Chemical Council of the General Chemistry of the State in accordance with Government Gazette 410/11-4-2001 and 872/4-6-2007 and be similar to that of state refineries.
In no case is permitted to have impurities, color or other foreign elements.
Municipality reserves the right Ship samples from fuel to control both quality and whether they meet the required standards at the State General Chemistry.
The supply will be executed in accordance with Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette 147/8-8-2016) and Law 3852/2010 (Government Gazette87/7-6-2010).
The quality and the specifications (natural and chemical characteristics) of the fuels are determined by the relevant provisions in force, as well as the decisions of the State General Chemistry and should be in line with those of Greek refineries and quality similar to that produced by the refineries in our country.
Also :
(a) Diesel diesel must be free from other water impurities and of course there should be no mixing with heating oil and will be in accordance with state standards (Ministerial Decision 147/2015 -FEK B '293/12. 2.2016).
