• Description:
• The object of the contract is the selection of a contractor for the provision of catering services with the production and distribution of hot meals (cook & serve) excluding the cooling or freezing method, with production in an external food preparation unit and distribution on site providing the service with trucks and in accordance with the terms of current European and Greek legislation, with an international open tender and with the criterion of awarding the most advantageous financial offer based on the best quality ratio - fixed price. The meals will cover the feeding needs of the beneficiaries of the F.E. University of Athens, N.E.M.P., F.E. of Athens, of S.E. A.S.PAI.TE., of F.E. Ioannina, of F.E. Thessaloniki, of F.E. Kalamaria, of F.E. Komotini, of F.E. Xanthi, and M.K. Echinou for a period of twelve (12) months, with an option to unilaterally assign to the contractor additional catering services beyond the initial contractual ones, for each of the sections of the contract, at a rate of up to 50% of budget of each department, to cover any extraordinary or additional needs or an increase in a physical object or a corresponding time extension of the catering services, taking into account the amount of the budget of the option of each department.
