The main object of the project is the expansion and adaptation of the Information System for meeting the new needs of the Covid-19 Vaccination Program.
In the framework of the project, the procedures of the Immunization Program will be adapted and new applications will be developed, in order to add functionalities for the requirements that arose during the last year. The new requirements mainly concern the possibility of using pharmacies for the vaccination of citizens by pharmacists.
At the same time, sessions will be held to analyze and shape business needs to expand the capabilities of the Information System in order to support multiple vaccination programs. The requirements that will arise will be implemented in the existing Information System by the Contractor and will be put into production mode, providing technical and operational readiness in case the parameterization and support of a new one is requested vaccination program by the competent public bodies.
In addition, actions aimed at reducing the operational costs of the System are prescribed, through the utilization of new technologies and tools.
Due to the large number of agencies involved in the program and the large exposure of the Program to the citizens, the Candidate Contractor is also called upon to act as a Project Manager, coordinating the efforts of both the formulation of the procedures, ...
