• Expansion of the Library network of the Public Central Library of Veria with the use of RFID technology for lending systems, development of digital applications for wine & implementation of an improvement program... Expansion of the Public Central Library network Veria Library using RFID technology for lending systems, development of digital applications for wine & implementation of a communication and promotion program With the proposed intervention Strengthening the digital infrastructure of the Public Central Veria Library in the direction of Improving the digital experience of the residents and visitors of the area, attempts to: I. on the one hand, the expansion of the DKBB Library network with the use of RFID technology for lending systems in areas of Imathia and II. and on the other hand, the development of the Thematic Wine Library with the cooperation of relevant thematic bodies of the Imathia region. Individual items include enriching the repository with digital content that highlights further the identity of the region and the work of the Cultural and Creative Sector and the highlighting of collections to create a digital experience. The planned network will be based on the existing infrastructure of DKBB (equipment, software, bases data), as described above, which will be enriched with digital content and will create conditions for direct access and availability of this content to a wider audience, especially in areas that do not have direct access to its services library. At the same time, in cooperation with wine producers in the region, it will support a set of activities that will aim at the public...
