- The object of the contract is the evaluation of the National Strategic Research and Innovation for Smart Specialization 2014 2020 (RIS3), as a basic activity of monitoring its implementation and its constant updating. The main aim is to investigate the contribution of the strategy tointended structural and developmental changes. In addition, the aim of the evaluation is to confirm and interpret the reasons for the success or deviation of the results of the implementation of the strategy and to determine the potentially necessary corrective interventions. The evaluation is part of the frameworkof the Monitoring Mechanism of its implementation (Monitoring Mechanism) and includes the parts: overall assessment of the necessity, targeting, priorities, process and proposed governance structure of the strategystrategy Actions on the goals and results of the strategy of the prog. period 2014-2020.
