Description:
1. The supply of an integrated recording and processing system of multi-channel seismic (MCS) sections which will be purchased and installed at the ΕΓΕΑΙΟ ΕΓΕΑΙΟ of ELKETHE and will be used for the production of new seismic sections along a properly designed network of routes in the Aegeanand the Greek Bow.
2. The study of seismic sections to investigate a new, innovative hypothesis, according to which deformation within the Aegean microplate is due to long-term movements along a complex network of conjugate horizontal or strike-slip faults, and thewhich can contribute to a more complete understanding of seismic risk.
The physical object of this contract concerns the procurement, installation and operation of an integrated system for recording and processing marine multi-channel seismic (MCS) reflection sections, total budgetof €920,000 VAT exempt.
