Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of a platform, which will be used by the Foreign Ministry to support misinformation. The platform will gather content from social media, internet and project systems worldwide platform Digital Global Media Center (GMC) and will provide tools to support the detection of misinformation.
Platform will support the following:
networking (Social Media), and their thematic categorization. Direct data recovery refers to data that cannot be derived from these systems.
content Based on the topic and keywords in a digital repository and searching for multiple criteria.
Contents examined but also content already examined within the platform and easy to find with a multiple combination criterion (filters).
Ability to exchange messages and comment on content.
