Electronic Open International Public Tender, with award criteria the most advantageous of economic point of view offer based on price only, for the assignment of cleaning services - disinfection of all chemical - fixed WCs and technical maintenance - repair of chemical - fixed WCs as well as cabins (drivers' waiting areas) of the O.S.Y. M.A.E. including provision of WC chemicals in form lease.
The object of the contract is the assignment of cleaning services - disinfection of chemical - fixed toilets as well as technical maintenance - repair of the chemical - fixed toilets and the cabins (drivers' waiting areas) of the O.SY. M.A.E. including providing chemicals toilets in the form of a lease to cover the needs of the O.SY. M.A.E.
It should be noted that the estimated value of the cleaning services includes the cleaning that will be carried out in the 40 rented chemical toilets throughout the duration of the contract (i.e. two years).
The number of chemical constants toilets as well as the drivers' waiting areas (kiosks) owned by O.SY. M.A.E. amount to:
●Thirty one (31) fixed toilets
●One hundred and fifteen (115) chemical toilets
●Twenty-five (25) driver waiting areas (cabins)
The quantities mentioned above may be modified, and with the subject to the provisions of Law 4412/2016, throughout the duration of the contract and in accordance with the needs of OSY. UAE, by a percentage of + 15% up to - 15%.
