We announce an electronic international open tender for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement, in accordance with article 39 of Law 4412/2016, for the supply of JET A-1 aviation fuel for the leased and privately owned helicopters of the General Secretariat of Civil Protection / Fire Brigade for twoo (2) years from the date of signing the Framework Agreement, as referred to in "APPENDIX A" and described in "APPENDIX D", which are integral parts of this Declaration, with a total estimated value of two million seventy-six thousand euros (2,076 .000,00€), including myselfn of third-party reservations, as well as any other charge, excluding VAT, with the award criterion being the most economically advantageous offer based on the price (lowest price).
