ELECTRONIC INTERNATIONAL OPEN COMPETITION FOR FUEL SUPPORT FOR THE NEEDS OF DIOPOS MUNICIPALITY - OLYMPUS BUDGET 2.751.758.40 € with VAT FOR YEARS 2026 and 2027 with OPTION RIGHT FOR A FLOOR YEAR (YEAR 2028)
The funding body of this Agreement is the Municipality of Dios - Olympus. The expenditure on this contract will be borne by the Municipality of Dios - Olympus and specifically MA 10,6643, 15.6643, 20.6641, 30.6641, 30.6644, 35.6641, 35.6644 and 70.6643.0001 of the budget of 2026, 2027 and 2028 (Ref. Mayor decision on the approval of a multi -year liability and commitment of credit and the no. 12653/15-7-2025 Certificate WHERE. Multiannual obligation - ADAM 25req017220069). The expense is estimated at: 2,751,758.40 € with VAT. 24%. The competition will be held by the open procedure of article 27 of Law 4412/16. The contract will be entrusted by the criterion of the most advantageous financial point of view on the basis of price (lower offer) and specifically the bidder is the highest discount rate on the average retail price per section separately, as they are shaped by the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness Observatory for Pieria Prefecture or the Prefecture of Pieria or Competent Body as in force in accordance with the current legislation
