Description:
The scope of the Contractor concerns the preparation of studies, the support of DYPA during the issuance of the necessary approvals and licenses and the drafting of the tender documents for the Project and the support of TAIPED during the implementation of the tender procedures for the implementation of the projects andstudents within the framework of the project, for the energy and functional upgrade of 37 EPAS buildings of the D.Y.P.A., which house Vocational Schools (EPAS), with the aim of achieving at least a) on average a medium-scale renovation, as defined in the recommendation (EU) 2019/786 of the Commission onthe renovation of buildings (primary energy savings between 30% and 60%), b) on average, a reduction of direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions by at least 30% compared to ex ante emissions. In addition, the object concerns the modernization of the infrastructure of 300 worksof foundations in the territory with regard to the laboratory centers of the taught specialties of DYPA.
