Description:
The object of the contract are the following tasks described, arising from the implementation of Emergency Plans (SEAs) or resolution programs and in the implementation of decisions of the competent veterinary authorities (AK), to address, control, prevent development and Diaspora and ultimately the elimination of diseases that are subject to this Declaration threaten animal health and/or public health and concern all sorts of animals and wildlife (as described in cases 6 and 7 of paragraph 3.1 of Part A of the Annex. I of this Declaration), by offended or suspected offending or even healthy holdings, at the discretion of the competent veterinary authorities. More specifically:
1) Death work: ie the processes of manipulating, arresting, transporting, immobilizing, stunning and killing the animals.
2) Management and destruction work, namely:
(a) The procedures of landfill or incineration of the carcasses of the dead animals or the carcasses of dead animals, found within or near the facilities of affected or suspicious offending or even healthy in epidemiological connection holdings.
