- The subject of the contract is the recording, documentation and digitization of approximately 20,500 objects of the former Royal Estate of Tatoi, which are classified into the following Groups:
Group A: Approximately 7,000 objects (objects made of wood or fabric as well as small craft objects). For the objectsin addition to these, the contractor will be provided with full documentation (description and photographs).
Group B: About 1,500 pieces of furniture, agricultural tools, household equipment and other bulky items of various dimensions, which are stored in buildings of the former royal estate of Tatoi.
Group C: About12,000 textile objects which are packed in boxes and are stored in a storage area of ββthe former royal estate of Tatoi.
It is noted that it is possible to increase or decrease the above quantities up to a percentage of +/-20% per group of objects, without increasing the economicΟ
