Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of services entitled "Disposal of Dewatered Sludge BIO.KA. D.E.Y.A. Chalkida".
The place of provision of the services is the Biological Treatment (BIO.KA.) wastewater treatment facilities of DEVACH, i.e. the Chalkida Wastewater Center (WWW) and the Treatment Centerof Nea Artakis Wastewater (K.E.L.N.A.), as described in Annexes I, II and III.
Relates to the land transport of the produced dewatered sludge (EKA 190805, non-hazardous solid waste) of BIO.KA. of the DEYA of Chalkida and then to its final disposal in a legal processing unit.
The Frquantity of dewatered sludge that will be available from the facilities of D.E.Y.A.X. refers to the sludge already stored in the facilities, as well as that which will be produced during the service provision. The aforementioned Service Provision will have a duration of up to twenty-four (24) months from the signatureend of the contract or until the financial object is exhausted.
