- The object of the project is the digitization of the data files of the Ministry of Justice, which includes the following Bodies of Justice: Supreme Court, Supreme Court Prosecutor's Office, Magistrate's Courts, Appellate Prosecutor's Offices, First Instance Prosecutor's Offices, Court of Appeals, Court of First Instance and Misdemeanor Court.

The digitization includes both the scanning of data from the aforementioned Courts/Prosecutors, as well as the registration of their basic data in specialized informationboundary system to create digital copies. The project includes the files of 368 Courts/Prosecutions, of which 288 are located on the mainland and 80 on islands. The total number of pages to be digitized amounts to approximately 300,244,990 pages [prod.1.3(paragraph 1.2.1.) of the Declaration].
