Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Development of the Vasilitsa Ski Center To Act as Mountain Resort Designer and Adviser to the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund in the Context of the Development of the National Ski Center of Vasilitsa Scope of work With this request for proposals (“Request for Proposals” or “RfP”) HRADF is seeking to engage through a tender process (“Tender Process”) a Mountain Resort Designer (“Adviser”) to prepare a Conceptual Master Plan and Report for Vasilitsa. The Conceptual Master Plan-s documentation should provide the ski center with an assessment of its current situation, market analysis, and a realistic and sustainable vision and development plan for its future upgrade and expansion. It is noted that one or more on-site inspections shall be required for the Adviser. The work to be provided is divided into two phases, the Preparatory phase and the Transaction Execution phase and Interested Parties are invited to submit their proposal ("Proposal”) in writing, as per the provisions of this RfP.
