- The object of the proposed act is the modernization of the infrastructure and procedures of the ESYP/ELOT, and by extension the upgrading of the services it provides, in order to respond with full effectiveness and efficiency to its statutory mission, i.e. the statutory functionone of him as an exclusive Provider of specific services that only he monopolizes. The ultimate goal of the operation is to serve the national priorities for the development planning of the country, to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in standardizing procedures and improvingcompetitiveness.
