- Expression of Interest are invited for Development of the National Ski Center in Vasilitsa Pursuant to the 27.06.2024 decision of the Board of Directors of the Fund, it was decided to enter into a contract (the "Concession Agreement") for the concession of the right to use, operate, manage and exploit (the "Right") the Vasilitsas Excavator. To this end, the Fund decided to announce a two-phase international tender (the "Tendering Process"), for the selection of a contractor to whom the Right will be granted (the "Transaction"). Furthermore, it was approved that the terms and conditions of Phase 1 of the Tender Process and this Invitation (the “Invitation”) be addressed to the Fund in writing (email address: dpo@hraf.gr).
