Description:
Development of an Integrated Information System for the Unified Management of IKY Scholarships The object of the contract is the implementation of an Integrated Information System (ISIS) for the Unified Management of Scholarships of I.KY. The new IMS for Unified Management of Scholarships IKY emphasizes interoperability, interconnection with other information systems of public bodies, the automation of internal administrative procedures and the circulation of electronic documents and the use of digital signatures, in the context of the necessary digital transformation of IKY. During the planning and implementation of the act, all existing information systems and records will be taken into account as well as the competences of the Foundation based on its institutional role and the purpose of its operation. The new OPS it will incorporate all the individual processes for the management of the grant life cycle, including any additional processes directly or indirectly related to the relevant object. The object of the contract is the implementation of a Integrated Information System (ISIS) Single Management of Scholarships of I.KY.. The new OPS of Single Management of Scholarships of IKY emphasizes the interoperability, interface with other information systems of public bodies, in automation of internal administrative procedures and in the circulation of electronic documents and use of digital signatures, at context of the necessary digital transformation of the IKY.
